The Whiteley

Royal Wells Park, Phase 3 & 4

Stanley School

Stanley Primary School sits at the heart of the local community, so it was devastating for staff, students and parents alike when a large part of the school was severely damaged by a roof leak and subsequent flooding. The major rebuilding and refurbishment programme which included stripping out, cleaning and drying works provided the school with excellent facilities to meet the demands of education in the 21st century.

Frith Park

Frith Park is an exciting regeneration project with a collection of 26 new, two & three-bedroom mews-style country cottages and four-bedroom villas arranged in a courtyard setting together with 11 two & three-bedroom apartments behind the retained façade of the locally listed Mansion House and set amongst eight acres of idyllic parkland, formal gardens and ancient woods. All 11 apartments within the Mansion House have certain design features that set them apart from their neighbours at Frith Park.

Neg Earth

Information taken from the Neg Earth website as follows: in the early hours of Thursday 2nd April 2015 a fire caused extensive damage to our warehouse and offices and, as a result, the building had to be demolished. Fortunately, no one was hurt and, although devastating, In true Neg Earth Lights fashion, we didn’t miss a beat and remained fully functional, quickly securing temporary premises and re-stocking the equipment we lost meanwhile, at the original Light House site, construction of our new building is firmly underway.

Eagle House

Eagle house has recently been extensively refurbished converting the iconic grade 11 listed jacobean building into 8 luxury apartments, resulting in a truly exquisite and unique landmark building. This prestigious building is located in a prime location in Wimbledon Village, ideally placed for Wimbledon Common, Richmond Park, Wimbledon All England Lawn Tennis Club, golf clubs including the Royal Wimbledon Golf Club, riding stables – and the chic boutiques, popular restaurants and bars of The Village High Street.

One Blackfriars

One Blackfriars is amongst the tallest residential developments in Europe and is already gaining recognition for what is truly impressive icon on the London skyline. Greenford High School

Greenford High School was originally opened in 1939 welcoming evacuees from across the capital, and Is now one of the biggest post 16 centres in London. It recently enjoyed an extensive two storey extension to bring it into the 21st century, with the facilities being designed in the style of a modern university campus. The project was a great success; the school’s performance has put it consistently in the top 5% of the country and it was even graded as outstanding in its last Ofsted inspection.
